What You'll Do

  • Process checks, mail, and loan documents with precision and speed
  • Review, scan, and organize documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Manage shared inboxes and respond to internal/external inquiries in a timely, professional manner
  • Support loan servicing tasks, including payment notices, new loan setup, and payoff (satisfaction) processing
  • Track and coordinate outgoing payments and related documentation
  • Research and resolve discrepancies to keep operations running smoothly
  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready records within internal systems
  • Partner with team members to meet daily deadlines and handle high-volume workflows
  • Assist with process improvements and take on additional projects as the team grows

What We're Looking For

  • College graduate with 0-2 years of admin/operations/finance/banking experience
  • Comfortable in Microsoft Office-especially Excel and Word (no pivot table wizardry required… but we won't complain)
  • You can juggle multiple tasks, stay organized, and still hit your deadlines
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where there's always something to do
  • Naturally detail-oriented (you catch the small stuff others miss)
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent real-world experience
